Services and once your case file is opened, we manage all of
the contacts with your Creditors, Collectors and Credit Bureaus.
We will negotiate directly with your Creditors on your behalf
for substantial debt reductions and restructured payment options.
You will realize savings typically 35 % - 75 % of current debt
balances.
If after reviewing our web site and communicating
with us, you wish to proceed to Retain our Professional Services
we will arrange for the necessary contract and standard
forms to be completed by you. We can then immediately assign
your case file to a Certified Debt Arbitrator who will
contact all of your Creditors or Collectors to begin the Arbitration
and Negotiation of your Debt accounts. All settlement agreements
will be presented to you for your final approval and all settlement
funds are paid by you directly to your Creditor for settlement
of your account, we do not collect these funds into our accounts.
To open your Case File we will require a
small Professional Retainer Fee of $197.00. The Retainer
Fee ($197.00) is fully credited to Case Fees earned
(30 % of savings ), but is a minimum fee.
